MAC LAKE

Mac is a pioneering influence in the church planting movement. In 1997, he planted Carolina Forest Community Church (Myrtle Beach, SC). In 2004, he began serving as Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Church (Charleston, SC), where he served for over six years. In July 2010, Mac Lake joined West Ridge Church to become the Visionary Architect for the LAUNCH Network. Mac founded the Multiply Group in 2019, an organization committed to helping leaders and churches multiply. He is the author of "The Multiplication Effect: Building a Leadership Pipeline that Solves Your Leadership Shortage".

JERRY HURLEY

Jerry is the Team Development Leader of Life.Church, an innovative multi-site church, with 1000+ team members based in Edmond, Oklahoma. Over the past 25 years, Jerry  has served along side of Greg Groeschel and  has been responsible for the team and cultural development at Life.Church and has helped shape the overall direction of the church. Jerry oversees multiple operational areas, including Training & Development, Human Resources, Logistics, Financial Operations, and Creative Media. He also oversees the LifeGroups/LifeMisisons ministry and the NextGen ministry.
